Improving your real estate timing

Creekside Realty publishes the Bay Area Real Estate Market Newsletter. This monthly newsletter provides a current statistical analysis of the real estate's current market conditions. Bay Area Real Estate Market Newsletter reports on residential properties (both single family residences, and condominiums/townhomes), and multi-unit or investment properties. The information contained in the Bay Area Real Estate Market Newsletter is based on Creekside Realty's original research using the local multiple listing service's database. This allows Creekside Realty to send weekly update to our active real estate clients. This means that the data is much more current. The Bay Area Real Estate Market Newsletter includes many traditional indicators such as median sales price it also includes data based on existing inventory, current initiated sales and properties taken off the market all of which are typically ignored in media. We also report the 10 and 90 percentile pricing along with the median days on the market (DOM). It has been interesting watch others trying to catch up to our leading edge research. We believe that with our week version that is limit to our clients we are able to provide 90 day advance notice of when to buy or sell real estate. It also provides invaluable information on real estate pricing strategies.

Bay Area Real Estate Market Newsletter was started to assist Creekside Realty in our own investment timing decisions of when to buy and when to sell foreclosure properties. Although time consuming, this research gives Creekside Realty a unique understanding of the Bay Area (Santa Clara County, San Mateo County, Santa Cruz) real estate markets. As a result Creekside Realty is frequently used as media source by numerous media outlets including Forbes Magazine, San Jose Mercury, San Mateo Times, Santa Cruz Sentinel, Realty Times, Deadline News, San Jose Magazine, Silicon Valley Business Journal, Silicon Valley Biz Ink.

Although Bay Area Real Estate Market Newsletter is posted to the CreeksideRealty.com web site around the 16th of each month, by subscribing to a free email notification you will receive a monthly email with the links about a week prior to the Bay Area Real Estate Market Newsletter release on the web site. The email service will give you access to key real estate market data 2 weeks before it is released by the California Associations of REALTORS® (CAR).

Additionally, Creekside Realty clients receive weekly real estate market updates. The weekly version of the Bay Area Real Estate Market Newsletter is the most up to date data available and includes Creekside Realty's 90-day market indicator, days to sell existing inventory (DSI) formerly days of inventory (DOI). This is a great planning tool as it has accurately reflected each market trend reversal since mid-1992. This allows our real estate clients to improve the timing of your real estate transaction regardless if it is a purchase or sale.
